History - Extinction of Love!

From the times immemorial we have been talking about love..in our wishes, in our prayers, in our history, in our stories..and everyone of us has wondered at some point or the other..why we have never been in the kind of love that is being talked about..the platonic one..the one which involves soul..the one which could change our lives forever from the core..the magical one that makes us glide and float and fly..we have ‘tried’ to be in versions of it, but only very very few fortunates of us have actually experienced it in true sense..Rest of us think that we have but all we have drowned in is the idea of it and not in the actual bliss! 

I did some thinking and herez how I reasoned myself on the Extinction of LOVE! (Feel free to disagree..)

Half of world’s LOVE was coffin-ated when they fed us with “We only TRULY LOVE once!”..when they failed to understand its a feeling, and how can one can ever be devoid of it unless one wants to be in that despair of one lost love, which might not have been love at all, for the world and life are too big to truly love just enough lest once..fools full of ignorance!! 

Major Fraction was evaporated by formally instituitionalizing it..by inventig marriages...when the foundation and core of LOVE is to not be bound in any way..it should be as natural and as organic between two as it can be..not documented with Government! Senseless!!

The rest was put to ashes, when they stopped reinvention of it in any kind..”Love is for kids and young!”..Parents or elders are only meant to cater to the needs of the family..When parents give each other ‘time’, they are being selfish and irresponsible..are u serious!!

Some Love in the world still thrived and remained..but was choked down by brain-hacking individuals and telling them to bear and tolerate ‘unhappy’ ‘dysfunctional’ marriages and never search for love ever again..for who is gonna accept someone who has “been” with else..They are the same ones who boast of LOVE not being something physical but platonic, spiritual..golden hypocrisy!!

And as if this was not enough, Whatever lil was left, was not even allowed to even breathe at its inception or expression..given several socially unacceptable tags and tattoos..and was prohibited and made extinct in several subtle and brutal ways..homosexuality, inappropriate-age/class/religion/ethnicity-differences etc..crap!! 

And this is how the FEELING of LOVE became extinct..it became more of a dream-worldly-thing..or things that are only found in books and movies..for people had failed to EXPRESS AND EXPERIENCE what it really meant to be in love, and only remembered it as per the rule-book, as per the propagated idea of it..chatting over calls or texts for hours without actually understanding one another, gifts on apt occassions and throwing parties, fancy creative proposals, alcohol-istic heartbreaks, pda is synonymous to vulgarity and what not!! 

Not that I am against any of the rule-book thingies..good if they are accompanied with actual Love and not served as compensation or replacement for the same!! 

Nothing more is dangerous to any feeling than propagating or living in a wrong idea of what THAT actually is! 

Friendly Declaration - This is mostly in context of Indian culture..talks bout one particular kind of love..and may not hold true or cool for many..

STOPs of Smiles!

Of the few things that I am proud, priviledged and blessed to have understood in my not-so-intellectually-lived short-humble-life, one is that the secret vital ingredient of a happy life is to make STOPs along the way..easiest to say but toughest to sink in and implement..

Stop to just take a deep breathe, reflect and appreciate urselves for maing it so-far-so-good in life despite of so many odds and hiccups, for still continue to have the ‘Jijivisha’(To have an intense urge and craving to live) no matter how many moments of depression you have had, to see around and find those few people who keep loving you unconditionally although you might have let them down couple of times because they know you are worth it and more, to empathize with everyone around and know they are all so-much-similar to you and their journey too..to understand life is so much LESS, yes you heard it right, NOT MORE..Life is so much ‘less’ bulkier than what we ignorantly and unnecessarily burden it to be..

Stop a few times in life, if not many, to realize all of this and more..and you will find more peaceful daily-ies, more contented soul, more fulfilling breaths, more feeling of, what we fail to define for ourselves many a times, happiness!!

Ladies, Oh ladies!!

There should be a law..like a full fledged one, which should decide, what should be ‘limits’ of a middle class small town ‘bahu’..and then that law shouldbe applied to the entire nation and not only small towns cz now a days small townies are everywhere and messing up the big towns real good! And for those who by some grave misfortune, would not understand the sarcasm - there shouldnt be any such law or limit !!! 

Ok.. 

The other day I accidentally(ok, so a bit was mere timepass curiosity too, while waiting for the lift) overheard conversation of two ladies..And they were no ordinary ladies but the law makers themsleves who were self appointed to decide on the above mentioned limits.. They were like, chalo bindi n bangles uncmfrtable lgta he to its ok but toe ring to must he.. and then the other one said.. Haan re, toe ring, maang bharna and mangalsutra to must he baaki chaahe kuch na kro!! 

And I ws like HEllo, is there some quadratic equation to come up with values of these variables?! I mean how, how on earth did you conclude that these three are MUST and not others.. Ok so personally I am just in favor of one thing- cmfort.. If any of the so called she-marital-accesories are in ur way of being cmfy, just wear them off.. but my anger in this case was its the ladies who were deciding the limits and cofirt lines for all ither ladies and judging them on the same..

And not that those ladies are gonna affect the overall ‘cruelty-factor’ at national level alone.. but its n-such-ladies that ACTUALLY decide the cruelty-factor and unwanted-Judgmental-factor of the indian society..hence creating more female villians in this so called patriarchal society.. 

I dont think any ‘man’ is gonna come upto any lady in the house saying why did not you wear a toering ( i know I have mentioned tow ring quite a few times; its just a grudge for Mum’s hurt toe cz of those stupid rings nthng personal ).. 

Also, while these villanious(i know its nt even a word and also it shud instead be smthing sufixing-prefixing vamp, bt villian somehow sounds more cruel-ish to me and ao is its -ious form) ladies would perform the actual ‘riots’, they have a tendency to say that they themselves dont believe in it but since they r ur well wisher, they dont want any other villainiois lady to nag you for it! And the ladies that these ladies r talking about would say the same, just in case in some alternate reLity you would try n confront them!!

Also these both species of ladies are the same ladies who have cursed some other similar ladies in the past..when they were forced to follow the rituals and customs and they have themselves twisted the rituals as per their comfort when they came in power..but now if any young lady tries to break the ‘law’ as per her comfort, she is being called a not-so-sanskari utterly-rebelious disbelieving-mod non-husband-loving not-taught-well rich-educated-brat who did not keep upto the expectations!! 

Duh!!! So unfortunate and so anger-ramping!!!
